Utility Manager -
Oconto Falls Municipal Utilities is seeking a Utility Manager to oversee the overall operations and management of the electric, water, and wastewater utilities in the City of Oconto Falls. This position is responsible for the review and maintenance of the financial systems and is expected to meet the objectives of providing continuous, quality service to the customers of Oconto Falls Municipal Utilities and promotion of safe working conditions. Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, working computer knowledge, and strong oral and written communication skills. It is preferred that the candidate has an associate degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Finance, Management) and/or five years of service with relevant job experience. Five years’ experience in utility operations preferred; ideally in a leadership or supervisory role.
Starting salary is $90,000 with additional compensation based on qualifications. Oconto Falls Municipal Utilities offers an excellent benefits package.
